No sales calls. Just the cook and a quote.
Send the request with the date, the headcount and the delivery city. Maggie reads it herself, usually the same business day, and replies with a menu and a price. If the numbers move, the quote moves with them.

Wooooweee these are delicious! These chicken and pork tamales are so tender, immensely flavorful, and huge! I can tell they are made with love. I’m pretty sure my eyes rolled back when I took the first bite. Service was perfect as well! Definitely recommended!KiMMY89

Questions we get every week
How many tamales should I order per person?
Two per person for a lunch, three for dinner or a hungry crowd, and one to two when tamales sit alongside other food. Our tamales are big, so those numbers hold. Use the calculator above for the dozens and the cost.
Can we mix pork and chicken?
Yes. Most catering orders are mixed, and we label every tray or box by filling. A half-and-half split suits most crowds: the pork has a gentle kick, the chicken is mild.
Do you set up a buffet?
We deliver hot, ready to serve, and can bring salsas, crema, utensils and serving spoons for a self-serve station. Tell us about the venue in the request and we will plan the drop-off around your program.
Do you deliver outside Richardson?
Yes: Plano, Frisco, Allen, McKinney, Dallas and the northern suburbs are our regular area. See the delivery area. For somewhere farther, ask; larger orders can travel farther.
What about dietary needs?
All tamales are made with gluten-free corn masa. Burritos use flour tortillas and are prepared in the same kitchen, so celiac guests should be flagged in the request. Our menu is pork and chicken; ask about other fillings for large orders.
How far ahead should I book?
As early as you can for weddings and holidays, since the weeks before Thanksgiving and Christmas fill first. A regular office lunch usually needs only a few days. Send the request and we confirm availability right away.
