Tell us how many dozens, which fillings, the date and the address. Maggie confirms the price and the delivery window in writing. On the day, everything is cooked fresh that morning, packed hot, labeled by filling and delivered by our own team. For very large orders we may split the cooking and deliver in waves so the last dozen is as hot as the first.

Bulk questions
Is there a discount for large orders?
Menu price is $60 per dozen. For very large orders, ask in the request; Maggie quotes each event on its own and will tell you what is possible for your quantity and date.
How many dozens can you make for one day?
More than most groups need, but the calendar matters: holiday weeks fill first. Send the date and the number of dozens and we confirm availability right away, and we will be honest if a date is full.
Can you deliver to a church hall or school cafeteria?
Yes. Tell us about loading access, the serving time and who will meet the delivery, and we plan the drop-off around your program. Tamales hold heat in the husk, so a short wait before serving is fine.
Can we sell the tamales at a fundraiser?
Many groups do. Order by the dozen, sell by the dozen or the plate, and keep the difference. Ask us for reheating cards to hand out with each dozen.
Do bulk orders include salsa?
Salsas, crema and utensils are available on request for any bulk order; tell us how you plan to serve and we will pack accordingly.
How far in advance should a bulk order be placed?
A week or more is comfortable for large quantities, and earlier for the weeks around Thanksgiving and Christmas. There is no hard cutoff; send the request and we will tell you what the calendar allows.
