In Texas, the holidays taste like tamales.
Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, New Year, Día de los Muertos: reserve your dozens early, and we deliver them hot to the house on the day you choose. Pork in red salsa, chicken in green, from a family recipe, with gluten-free masa.

Four tables we cook for every year
Día de los Muertos
Tamales for the ofrenda and for the family that gathers around it. Read the tradition and how to order.
Thanksgiving
The Texas table has turkey and tamales side by side. Two or three dozen covers most families with leftovers. See tamales at Thanksgiving.
Christmas Eve & Day
The big one. Reserve early; Christmas week is the first to sell out every year. Read why tamales mean Christmas in Texas.
New Year
Dozens for the party and for the slow first morning of the year. Reheating instructions come with every order.
Keep the tradition. Lose the exhaustion.
Making holiday tamales at home is a two-day job that takes over every pot, every counter and every relative. Some families love that. Most families love the eating part. We make yours the way the women in our family made them: fresh masa, slow-cooked meat, chiles toasted that morning, every tamal wrapped by hand. You get the tradition on the table and your kitchen back.
If you still want the gathering without the labor, read how to host a tamalada and let us supply the tamales.
- By the dozen: $60 per dozen at menu price, mixed pork and chicken on request.
- Delivered hot on the day you choose, in the window we agree.
- Freezer-friendly: order extra and follow our freezing guide.

Holiday ordering questions
When should I reserve Christmas tamales?
As early as you can. Christmas week is the first to fill every year, and delivery windows are assigned in the order reservations come in. Send the request now with a rough number of dozens; you can adjust it later.
Can you deliver on the holiday itself?
Delivery days around each holiday are planned in advance and confirmed with your reservation. Tell us the day you want the tamales on the table and we will offer the closest window we have.
Can I order extra and freeze them?
Yes. Tamales freeze well in the husk. Cool them, bag them tightly, and they reheat beautifully from frozen in a steamer. Our freezing and storing guide has the details.
How do I reheat them on the day?
Steam them in the husk until hot through, or wrap them in a damp paper towel and microwave. Full instructions come with the order and in how to reheat tamales.
Are holiday tamales the same as your regular menu?
Yes: pork in red salsa and chicken in green salsa, gluten-free masa, made from scratch. The holiday difference is the volume and the calendar, which is why we ask you to reserve early.
Do you deliver holiday orders to Plano, Frisco and Dallas?
Yes, across our whole delivery area. Because holiday routes are long, we group deliveries by city and confirm your window in advance.
Reserve your holiday dozens.
Tell us the holiday, the number of dozens and the delivery address. Maggie confirms your window in writing.
