What helps us quote fast
The date and the delivery window
Even a rough date lets us check the calendar. If your event starts at noon, tell us, and we plan the cooking backward from it.
A headcount, even approximate
Two tamales per person is a lunch, three a dinner. A range is fine; the quote moves with your numbers.
The delivery address or venue
Loading docks, gate codes, pavilion numbers and kitchen access all change how we pack and when we leave. Put them in the notes.
Dietary needs
All tamales are made with gluten-free corn masa. Tell us about celiac guests and other needs so we can pack their portions separately.
