Plain-language terms for quotes, orders and deliveries.
Quotes
A quote request on this website is not an order. Maggie replies with a written quote; an order exists when you confirm that quote and we confirm the date and delivery window in writing. Prices on this website are our delivery-menu prices and are shown for planning; catering orders are priced in the quote. The headcount calculator gives an estimate, not a price.
Orders and changes
Headcount and menu changes are welcome until cooking begins for your order; we tell you the cutoff with the quote. Changes after that point may not be possible, and we will always tell you honestly what can still be done.
Delivery
We deliver to the address and in the window agreed in the quote. Please give us accurate access details (gate codes, loading areas, a contact on site). Food is delivered hot and ready to serve; after hand-over, safe holding and serving are the customer’s responsibility.
Allergens and dietary information
Our tamales are made with gluten-free corn masa. Our kitchen also prepares flour-tortilla burritos and is not a certified gluten-free or allergen-free facility. Tell us about allergies and dietary needs when you order so we can take appropriate care; we cannot guarantee the absence of any allergen.
Cancellations
Cancellation terms for catering orders are stated in each written quote, because they depend on the size of the order and how far ahead it was booked. Orders placed through DoorDash follow DoorDash’s terms.
Payment
Payment terms are confirmed with the written quote. DoorDash orders are paid in the DoorDash app.
