Tamales are the ideal travelers: in the husk they hold heat and moisture for a long time, so a drive from Richardson to McKinney or downtown Dallas does them no harm. Catering orders leave the kitchen in insulated carriers, labeled by filling, in the window we agreed with you. Our team delivers, not a courier, so the person at your door knows the food and can set it up.
