Tamales arrive hot, hold their temperature in the husk, and need no assembly line. Nobody is building a taco at the counter, nobody is left with the last dry sandwich, and the vegetarian, the gluten-free colleague and the person who “doesn’t like spicy” are all covered: chicken in green salsa is mild, every tamal is gluten-free by recipe, and the pork has a gentle kick with more salsa on the side for people who want it.

What office managers ask
How far in advance do you need an office lunch order?
A few days is usually enough for a regular lunch, and a standing Tamale Day is booked once and adjusted by text. Holiday-week lunches (before Thanksgiving and Christmas) should be booked early because the kitchen calendar fills.
Can you deliver in a specific window before a meeting?
Yes. Tell us when the meeting starts and we plan the cooking backward from it. Deliveries land in the window we agree, hot and labeled.
Do you handle dietary restrictions?
All tamales are gluten-free by recipe (corn masa). The chicken in green salsa is mild for cautious eaters. Burritos use flour tortillas and are made in the same kitchen, so flag celiac guests in the request and we will keep their boxes separate.
Is there a minimum order?
No fixed minimum. Most office orders run from ten to a hundred and fifty people. Tell us the headcount and Maggie will tell you what makes sense.
Can you set up a monthly recurring delivery?
Yes, that is Tamale Day. Pick the day, the headcount and the format, and we deliver every month on schedule with one invoice. Change the numbers by text whenever you need to.
